Rory Aplanalp is a proven professional, living in and working in the “real” world of business. Now president and CEO of Aplanalp Associates, Inc, an international speaking and training organization, he began his career as an Evans Training Personnel franchise owner, becoming the National Training Director for all Evans franchises. He founded Human Resource Development, which was acquired by the Franklin Covey organization. Rory remains affiliated with Franklin Covey and is a member of the National Speakers Association. Rory is the co-author of the best selling book “The Five-Minute Rule”.

Deb Gauldin, first and foremost, is a wife and mother, sister and daughter and a champion for women's causes. Deb applied to the U.S. Peace Corp at age 10, the NAACP at age 13 and became a “sunshine” geriatric volunteer at age 12. What a kid! A Registered Nurse, Deb has studied music, art and mass communication at California State University. She has been part of a team piloting therapeutic humor, pet therapy and other complimentary therapies. Since creating her professional speaking and entertaining business in 1993, Deb has delighted hundreds of audiences from Fargo to New Zealand. She is a member of numerous professional organizations and a past president of the National Speakers Association, Illinois Chapter. Her programs have been featured on radio, television, and electronic media – from local cable access station to WGN, from the front page of the St. Joseph Missouri New Press to The Chicago Tribune.

Horwitz has more than 30 years of apparel experience in both the retail and wholesale segments, with senior management positions at Dayton-Hudson, Liz Claiborne and Munsingwear.

Moisant Promotional Products has been recognized three times by the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce as one of Oklahoma City’s fastest growing businesses. Teresa has served on the board of the Promotional Product College Education Foundation, on the board of directors for Promotional Products Southwest, as a RAC rep and has served on PPAI's Women’s Leadership committee since its inception.

Roni Wright, MAS, currently vice president of supplier The Book Company, based in Delray Beach, Florida, is a 25-year veteran of the promotional products industry. Roni has volunteered and served on the board of many industry associations; past president of PPA Florida and YWESAA (now PPMN) and on the RAC Board. Roni serves on the PPAI Board of Directors, Class of 2011. Roni was a recipient of SAAGNY’s Linda Robinson Scholarship award in 2006 and received the PPAI Distinguished Service Award at The PPAI Expo in 2007.
