PROMOTIONS EAST 2010 to Feature More Giveaways and Special Events |
The stage is set for four days of excitement for attendees and exhibitors
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey - June 3, 2010 - PROMOTIONS EAST 2010 will begin in just three days, June 6-9, 2010, featuring more giveaways and special events than ever before.
The Supplier Roundtable will launch the trade show at the Atlantic City Convention Center, June 6, followed by PROMOTIONS EAST University, June 7, and Exhibit Days, June 8 and 9. In 2010, the Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York (SAAGNY) and Promo Marketing have introduced incentives, contests, and special events to both engage attendees and benefit sponsoring exhibitors.
The "Golden Ticket Giveaway" will be held during the first day of exhibits, June 8, and will provide attendees the opportunity to win $2,500. Distributor salespeople were mailed a Golden Ticket chocolate bar from Freeport, New York-based Chocolate Inn. Attendees can bring the wrapper to the show and drop it off at Promo Marketing, booth #1031, by 4:00 p.m. on June 8 for their chance to win.
With the "Boardwalk to Park Place" passport program, attendees can pick up a passport to new products, innovative programs, and money saving offers at registration. Attendees will be required to have the passport stamped at each featured supplier's booth. Once the passport is complete, attendees can drop it off at the Brand Pavilion, to be entered in the daily drawings for six iPads and a grand prize drawing for $1,500 - a total of $4,500 in prizes over the two show days.
During both exhibit days, attendees can participate in the "Walk It to Win It" contest, sponsored by Jetline. Pedometers will be provided at the entrance to the show floor. Once 1,000 steps have been completed on the show floor, attendees can turn in their contest entry forms to the Jetline booth, #1632. The winner will walk away with a grand prize of $2,000.

PROMOTIONS EAST Announces Addition of Supplier Roundtable at 2010 Trade Show |
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey – February 3, 2010 – The Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York, Inc. (SAAGNY) announced the addition of a Supplier Roundtable to the education offering at PROMOTIONS EAST 2010, June 6-9, in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
This brand new event will kick off the trade show from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on June 6th, the first day of exhibitor set-up. Suppliers will meet in the Tree House at the Atlantic City Convention Center in a roundtable setting to discuss today’s most important issues. Participants can engage in a forum of their peers, sharing ideas to further the health of the industry.
Refreshments will be served while a group of esteemed peers and experts discuss the industry’s hot button issues. Some topics to be covered are social media, reducing expenses, product safety and liability, QAC testing, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, and today's legislative challenges.
The Supplier Roundtable will be moderated by Brett Schaffer, CAS, Soundline with a supplier panel including Anne Lardner, PPAI; Mel Ellis, Humphrey Line; Murray Siegel, Towel Specialties; Matthew Barnes, Promo Marketing; Harvey Mackler, Gempire/Floral Promotions; Jeff Lederer, Prime Resources and Rob Watson, Media Tree.

PROMOTIONS EAST Announces Education Schedule for 2010 Trade Show |
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey – January 28, 2010 – The Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York, Inc. (SAAGNY) announced the PROMOTIONS EAST University education program for PROMOTIONS EAST 2010, June 6-9, in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
With nearly 4,000 attendees each year, PROMOTIONS EAST strives to provide the most inclusive education offering in the industry. This year’s PROMOTIONS EAST University will kick off on the first day of set-up, June 6th, with a brand new Supplier Roundtable event, followed by a full day schedule on set-up day June 7th and continue through show days June 8th and 9th. The 2010 education offering features twenty-two total sessions, covering all aspects of promotional product sales.
There will be more than 20 speakers from across the industry, including distributors and suppliers from the top promotional products companies. Exhibitors and attendees can register for these valuable education sessions when they register for the show at www.promotionseast.org.

PPAI'S Incentives Showcase To Make A Stop On The East Coast |
Irving, Texas - November 18, 2009 - Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) has just announced a partnership with the Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York (SAAGNY) to bring PPAI’s brand., a recognition, awards and engagement showcase, to PROMOTIONS EAST 2010, June 6-9 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Launched at The PPAI Expo 2009, the brand. showcase will start the year at The PPAI Expo 2010 and will make a stop on both coasts—first on the East Coast at PROMOTIONS EAST and then on the West Coast at the SAAC (Specialty Advertising Association of California) Show in Long Beach, California.
